245A Pheasant Tail Lane is a professionally decorated townhome located in the heart of Big Sky This in-town retreat offers three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and sleeps up to nine guests. Its central location provides easy access to Big Sky Town Center's restaurants, shopping, concerts, and outdoor activities.
The spacious main level features an open concept living area with a gourmet kitchen equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area seats eight, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The adjacent living room boasts a cozy wrap around sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to a deck with a Blackstone grill and a private hot tub, offering expansive mountain views.
Upstairs, the Primary King Suite includes plush bedding, a flat screen TV, an oversized walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a stand-up shower, plus the private deck off this suite provides an amazing view of Lone Peak. The Second King Suite features plush bedding, a walk-in closet, and mountain views, with an ensuite bathroom showcasing dual vanities and a stand-up shower. This suite boasts a private deck with outdoor seating and a propane fire pit. The Bunk Suite is designed for younger guests, furnished with a Twin/Twin bunk bed and a Twin/Queen bunk bed. Its ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities and a shower/tub combo. A dedicated reading nook with luxe leather bean bag chairs adds a cozy touch.

Please Note:
Meadow Village Properties are 7 miles from Big Sky Resort and do not have ski-in/ski-out access. This is a short 12-15 minute drive to free skier parking at the resort. Once in free skier parking there is a shuttle that will bring you to the Big Sky Base area.
Guests can enjoy a short 12â15 minute drive to the resortâs free skier parking lot. From there, a complimentary shuttle will transport you directly to the Big Sky Base Area. Alternatively, guests can walk about 5 minutes to the free Skyline Bus stop, which provides convenient transportation up the mountain and back down at the end of the day.
