We have a self check in system to get inside. You will receive the instructions on how to use it closer to your arrival day. It is important to turn on all airbnb notifications on your mobile app and keep in contact.

Beautiful landscaped and upscale neighborhood. Romantic horse drawn carriages pass by the house and historic landmarks are close and throughout the nearby downtown. We are located less than 5 minutes to a grocery store, shops and restaurants. A public outdoor swimming pool is located a block away.

- your room is located on the second floor, your private bathroom is on the main floor. IT IS NOT A SHARED BATHROOM.
- Check-in time is any time after 4PM
- Check out anytime before 11AM
- Mature adults only. Rooms are NOT suitable for infants and children under 12
- Coffee/tea machine available in entrance area
- Please contact us prior to departure to notify us of any spills, damage or breakages. If we are not notified, the guest will be liable.
- If the room key is lost, there will be a $20 fee
- No candles (Due to spills and fire hazards)
- Please no shoes in the apartment
- We are not responsible for death, injuries or illness, or loss of or damage to personal property that may occur during the stay at our home.
