The Space:

Soft light filters through wide windows as the city moves steadily below, and the skyline shifts in color as evening settles over Guadalajara. From this quiet perch, you can pause between explorations, cool off in the air conditioning, and return to a space designed for calm at the end of each day. Whether you are in town for work or time away, the rhythm here feels balanced - connected to the energy of the city, yet comfortably removed from it.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms and two baths create a comfortable layout for up to four guests. Each bedroom includes room-darkening shades, cotton linens, clothing storage with a closet, hangers, and an iron to support longer stays. The single level home layout - with no stairs in home - keeps everything easily accessible, while essentials and bathroom amenities provide what you need throughout your visit.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals. With a refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and cooking basics, you can prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner at the dining table. Dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils are available, and a BBQ grill adds another option for preparing meals. The setup is equally suited for short stays or long term stays allowed for 28 days or more.



Indoor comforts & workspace

Air conditioning keeps the apartment comfortable during Guadalajara’s warm days, and Wifi ensures you stay connected. A dedicated workspace provides a focused spot for remote work, while the TV offers an easy way to unwind. A washer and dryer add convenience, especially for extended visits.

Our staff can greet you in the lobby between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please contact your host.



We will send you the access code for the electronic door lock in advance.







Important note:



Last minute reservations: If you make your reservation after 9:00 p.m. the day before your arrival, or on the day of check-in, the apartment will be available for check-in from 6:00 p.m. onwards.



Check-out:

Check-out is at 11:00 am.



Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure and notify your host.

Getting Around:

We have a private transportation service with additional cost that is available for you to move around the city with ease.



If you wish to hire it, it is important that you request it at least 15 hours in advance in order to coordinate it properly.



You can also use the cab service or platforms such as Uber.

In order for you to enjoy a 5-star experience, we ask you to take into account the following information:



Capacity and Rates:

The rate per night published on the platform is base and includes 1 to 4 guests.

Starting with the 3rd guest, an additional charge of approximately $15 USD per person per night applies.



The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 4 people, including adults, children and infants.

Important: Although Airbnb does not count children and infants in the total number of guests, the condo does. Please be sure to include all occupants when booking.



Cleaning:

The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay, but does not include daily cleaning or changing of linens or laundry during your visit.



Restrictions

-No outside guests allowed.

-No pets allowed.

-No change of linens during your stay.



Services and amenities

The amenities provided (toilet paper, shampoo, etc.) are intended to cover the first day of your stay.



The kitchen utensils available are basic tools, they do not include supplies such as salt, oil and pepper.



Parking is limited and also subject to availability.





Common areas and surroundings

The maintenance and administration of the condominium's common areas are the external responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.



Due to the constant growth of Guadalajara, it is possible that there may be construction work or other elements nearby that generate noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding.



Forgotten objects

We are not responsible for lost or forgotten objects in the accommodation. We recommend that you check carefully before your departure.
