Plaza Villas est un quartier résidentiel complexe de condominiums à l'aménagement paysager parfaitement entretenu, deux piscines, un jacuzzi extérieur et un court de tennis.
Plaza Villas est calme une communauté fermée et nous vous demandons de respecter les autres invités et les résidents. S'il vous plaît, s'il vous plaît, pas plus de 4 personnes (y compris les enfants) peuvent rester à la copropriété.
Notre Plaza Villa condo est maintenu en parfait état avec un lit et salle de bain, chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple, une salle de bains invités, grand téléviseur à écran plat, et bien d'autres commodités. Le condo est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, linge de maison, laverie, et beaucoup plus pour rendre votre séjour confortable et amusant!
Marchez quelques pâtés de maisons de Palm Canyon Drive et profiter de salle de classe mondiale, les boîtes de nuit, théâtre, musées, galeries d'art, le cinéma, et bien plus encore. La meilleure partie est après avoir profité d'une soirée, juste marcher la maison à votre condo de luxe!

Great modern condo in a very central location close to downtown with a quiet pool just yards from the front door. We have 3 young kids and would highly recommend this unit. We had a great time!

Great property in Palm Springs

My family (2 adults / 2 adult children) stayed at this property over thanksgiving weekend. It was clean spacious and centrally located. Could walk downtown close to hiking trails great restaurants - and even played tennis w rackets and balls left by owner and lounged in hot tub! Highly recommend and would stay here again without hesitation. Owner was accessible attentive and responsive and pleasure to deal with. 5 star experience.

Lew and Brenda are great landlords! I rent there every year.

Lew and Brenda couldn't be friendlier and the Plaza Villas complex is exceptional. I go back every year. Make sure you go to the first Friday of every month pool party. It is opened to both renters and owners. You can meet everybody who's going to be there for the month. It's a very social group. I think the H O A emphasizes longer term rentals. I like to get to know people from year to year. I ride my bike everywhere from that location - very central.

LOVE ... Had a Wonderful Time!

Palm Springs is absolutely my favorite place to vacation ... This condo is "perfect"! Fun, cute and nice. Great for a couple days, or even longer. Like that it has a washer/dryer so you don't have to pack a lot of wardrobe. Nice and safe "gated" with plenty of parking right in front. I love to visit the casino, which is ... just across the street! It is also walking distance from DownTown with many good restaurants to explore. Thursday nights usually has a "large" farmers market with good eats and music. Love driving around this area just to look at the beautiful desert landscaping. This condo is close to everything. Always feel right at home, everytime I stay. Can't wait to come back!

Great Landlords and great location!

I loved this condo. Lewis and Brenda were great! The complex is perfectly situated near downtown Palm Springs. I didn't need to rent a car. I was able to get to everything on foot or on my bicycle. The restaurants and bars are just a few blocks away and the health club and grocery store were a short bike ride. The complex is very well maintained with two pools, a hot tub and a tennis court. The people in the complex are very friendly. This unit is at the edge of the complex so it is very private. Great place!

Great place for a small group!

This condo was great a great location for my group of friends who decided to stay for the weekend. Everything was very local. The condo was great with a fully stocked kitchen and appliances (and KitchenAid!). It was great to have a washer and dryer. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were just what we needed! Communicating with the owner was easy and he was very kind and informative. We greatly enjoyed the place!

Very Clean and a Great Location

The property was very well maintained and was ample space for 4 individuals. Very nice pool and hot tub areas. Would definitely stay here again. It was situated very close to all the bars and restaurants in downtown palm springs.

Great location

This condo was exactly as listed and more. We loved the decor, and when we weren't at one of the pools it was a short walk downtown. Plaza Villas is the place to stay - can't wait to come back!

Great Condo, Great Location a perfect vacation

The condo was in a great location in Palm Springs.....you could park your car and walk everywhere. The unit is well furnished and had everything you could want. There were 3 adults for our stay. The location was good if you wanted to eat out or cook at the condo. We walked to Shermans Deli and Cheecky's for great breakfasts. They had both gas and charcoal BBQ if you want to cook with plenty of charcoal and gas. We have stayed at lots of condos over the years and this was one of the best stocked units I have stayed in. The kitchen was very well stocked so you didn't have to buy everything (ie salt & pepper). I left my extra spices as it looked as tho others did as well The internet connection was strong and we had no problems. The owner was prompt and rental couldn't have been easier. Overall a great unit for almost everything in Palm Springs.

Beautiful Condo, Fabulous Location

I stayed here for a girls' weekend and had the time of my life! The condo is clean, well decorated, and located a quick stroll from downtown Palm Springs. We spent the weekend lounging by the pool, mixing drinks in the fully equipped kitchen, and going out downtown. It's also a great condo for families, I'm hoping to return with my husband and kids. I highly recommend this rental, we will be returning every year to make it an annual girls' weekend!
