2704 Morros City - Spectacular beachfront apt

One-bedroom apartment on the 27th floor of one of Cartagena's newest and most prestigious buildings. It features a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a balcony with spectacular views of Cartagena beach and the walled city center to the far right. Perfect for a couple's getaway or a business trip. The apartment accommodates 1-4 people maximum. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a 1.20 x 1.90 m sofa bed in the living room. You will be given a wristband upon arrival and must avoid losing it. If lost, a fee of $20,000 pesos will be charged for each wristband. Only guests registered on the reservation are allowed in the building. To register someone, please send their name 24 hours prior to arrival. A maximum of four people can be registered in the apartment. This apartment has an energy-saving system. To activate the energy, insert the white card included with your apartment key into the white electronic pocket located near the washing machine. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; a $250 USD fine will be imposed.

The Morros City building is one of the newest and most iconic in Cartagena. It's located in the Bocagrande neighborhood, a popular tourist area where you can stroll day and night in search of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and more. The apartment is decorated to make you feel at home, and we're happy to help you with anything you need.

Upon check-in, you will be given a wristband that you must wear during your stay. This allows the building to know who is staying in the apartment. You will have access to the pool and gym on the S floor, as well as to your apartment. You will also have access to a parking garage.

The Bocagrande area contains most of the city's tourist facilities, including hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and art galleries. It is located between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west. Bocagrande boasts large beaches and a wide variety of commercial activity along Avenida San Martín.

Transportation is readily available in this part of Cartagena. Bocagrande is one of Cartagena's most exclusive neighborhoods. It boasts a wide array of excellent restaurants, hotels, and shops, and is just a 10-minute taxi ride from the walled city center.
