This lovely area is in the heart of Panama city, from here you will have easy access to walk or ride a bike anywhere. Panama city has heavy traffic in the mornings and afternoons, since its the rush hour for workers of several companies located in the same area.

From here you will have access to the main streets and freeways, as well as easy access to places of interest. We recommend the use of the App Waze to track the best possible route in the city.



To ensure a smooth start to your visit, we provide a complimentary set of toiletries upon your arrival. This includes essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. However, please note that these initial supplies are meant to get you started, and once they are depleted, we kindly ask our guests to purchase their own toiletries for the remainder of their stay. Please note for long stays there is an additional cost of $25 per cleaning.

This is a lovely apartment located in Avenida Balboa, one of the main streets along the coastline of Panama City; is important to mention that this area could experience some heavy traffic at peak times and many events are conducted near the building therefore you could experience some noisy moments.
