Perfect Reunion

Our group consisted of 5 friends who used to work together and haven't seen each other since leaving the company 4 years ago. We've been trying to plan this forever and finally did! The place was absolutely perfect for us and we could not have had a better time. Our hosts were excellent and we would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful place, all was exactly as stated, we enjoyed it very much.

Everything was as stated, all outdoor amenities were very well taken care of and things worked as they should. We have absolutely no complaints and had a very nice stay.

House and property was awesome did'nt get chance use pool but hot tub was great. Great place to stay if looking to go Nashville 25 min drive we will be back

Great property!

The accommodations and amenities were great! The pool and hot tub were amazing. Absolutely perfect way to spend the day or end the night. The owners were kind and responsive to any questions. The details inside the home were really nice… it was also clean (super important to us). I took several pictures of the outside because it was so beautiful, especially at night, when the lights were on. Truly a lovely place to stay.

Would come back again and again

What a WONDERFUL weekend! This arrangement has a MTV modern world feel to it, with an artistic twist. Patty was super easy to communicate with, left goodies for our family upon arrival. Even offered for us to watch the fireworks with them as well. The pool is exactly what you see, top notch and so is the seating and lounging around it. Might need an umbrella or two for shade, but we had a blast! Patty mentioned Golly G"s Icecream and they did not disappoint. All amenities listed were spot on and we had a well needed family getaway!!

It was a good location if you don't mind a little driving, less than 30 minutes to downtown. It was very affordable and had all the goodies; pool, sauna, hot tub. All my friends want to visit this location now.

Perfect Getaway!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! The details to the lighting in the evening are gorgeous. This made for the perfect weekend/bachelorette getaway. We wanted for nothing and the owners were only a message away if we had a question. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here. We are already talking about coming back for another weekend in the summer.

Definitely returning to just enjoy the place longer than we stayed. Great place to grill, hangout and relax from the hustle and bustle. The owners checked in with us when we arrived. Super great experience overall with this place.

One of our best stays

Thank you for the hospitality. The details made the stay unforgettable for us. The house was very clean and modern. The hot tub and the BBQ area are awesome. We really enjoied the stay and we would always come back.

Covid Escape

Covid Escape - my poor kids haven’t been able to do anything this summer because of the quarantine, so we decided to take a little road trip and ended up finding this gem of a place in Greenbrier Tennessee. The Davis’ have thought of every last detail to make our two night stay here remarkable in every way! My kids, husband and I had so much fun playing in the pool and lounging in the hot tub! We would all recommend this location to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Lovely property. Well maintained. Owners go above and beyond to make you comfortable. They were quick to respond if we had any questions. If we head to Nashville, we would definitely stay here again. (Love the little extras)

Quick getaway

Great place for a quick recharge. Guest house is cozy with comfy beds and nice extras (great snacks). Outdoor amenities are fabulous. Loved pool and hot tub. What a beautiful spot! Hosts were easy to reach and friendly but also provided privacy.

Perfect pool and property!

What a beautiful property! My family of four visited for a few days just for something different. Sparkling clean and as nice as the photos show. The pool was a dream after being stuck inside all spring. The kids (and maybe husband) loved the slide. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, though it was a little hot out for that. We kept saying how great it would be come October. The owners were wonderful as well. Not much to do in the town, though we did find a good ice cream place. We went downtown Nashville for our dinners. I'd stay again!

Covid-19 Escape

OMG, it’s amazing!!! Checkin was effortless, i was given all information pertaining to check in, things to know, and check out process prior to arrival. We arrived to a fridge complimentary stocked with beverages, a gift box full of treats, and a handwritten card of gratitude. Everything was clean and in mint condition. We received a daily message and sometimes two just to make sure everything was going smoothly and to answer any question we may have had. I was most impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile. One of them saw us working out one morning and the next morning they had pads, weights, jump ropes, cones, and other equipment outside ready for us! We’ve become friends while being there, and I’m thankful to have picked their place. We definitely will be back!! Peace and Blessing to the Davis Family! :)

First trip to Tennessee, Nashville

Perfect in every way. Everything was clean, and functional to what was listed in website. Pool was exceptionally clean and hot tub perfect. No issues at all, family loved the place and close to Nashville..home away from home!

Relaxing getaway

Our stay was wonderful. The guest house is so cute, it was perfect and we were greeted with a wonderful card and goodies! Patty was quick to respond and super helpful with all my questions on places to go! The backyard space was so relaxing and it was exactly what we needed! Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back and also recommend to others!
