Business Bay is a bustling business and commercial district in Dubai, known for its modern skyscrapers, high-end offices, and luxury apartments. Located alongside the Dubai Water Canal, it offers a vibrant mix of work, leisure, and lifestyle opportunities. In accordance with local laws, we will need a copy of the passport for all guests checking in (shared in the chat), which will be uploaded onto the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal. If we do not receive the documents before check-in, the building reception may refuse access, and this will delay your check-in â for which we cannot be held responsible.
This apartment is registered in DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing).
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, building rules and the furniture. Please no parties, NO SMOKING.
đ No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as we will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.
đ« No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. I reserve the right to cancel the booking and alert building security immediately in case of disturbance.

đ Lost access cards, parking remotes, or building keys will be charged 500 AED each.
