New 6BR Cabin | Indoor Pool, Theater & Game Room

This 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath cabin is made for good times and great memories, with three levels of space to spread out, kick back, and enjoy. You’ll find four comfy king bedrooms and two bunk rooms with queen-over-queen beds, plenty of room for the whole crew. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, plus there’s a half bath downstairs. Head outside to soak in the views from the back decks, unwind in the private hot tub, or just relax with a drink in hand and plenty of seating all around. Inside, float the day away in the heated indoor pool, catch a movie in your very own theater room, or fire up some friendly competition in the game room, complete with pool, skee-ball, and arcade games. Whether you're here to chill, play, or do a little of both, this cabin has everything you need for a laid back, unforgettable stay in the Smokies.

First Story/Entry Level:

- Fully stocked coffee station with Keurig, drip coffee pot, K cups, ground coffee, filters, and sweetener for the perfect cup of coffee to start off your morning.

- Upstairs covered deck located off the living room overlooking the mountains features rocking chairs, swing seating, and an outdoor dining table.
- King bedroom 1 is located on the main level and includes a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, and full ensuite bathroom.
- King bedroom 2 is located on the main level and includes a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, and full ensuite bathroom.

Second Story/Upper Level:

- King Bedroom 3 is located on the second level upstairs and includes a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, and full ensuite bathroom.
- King Bedroom 4 is located on the second level upstairs and includes a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, and full ensuite bathroom.
- Bunk Bedroom 1 is located on the second level upstairs and includes 2 queen over queen bunk beds, TV, and full ensuite bath.

PETS: We are pet friendly and happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $48 per pet per night plus tax. This will be included in your reservation total prior to booking if pets are included in your reservation. If you need any help adding pets after your trip is booked, please do not hesitate to let us know! Pet fees are due in full prior to your check in date. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. If you have any questions about our pet policies or how pet fees are processed, please let us know! We are available for any questions you may have. Please note, cancellations requested based on issues with the pet policy or pet fee outlined above will not be considered.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A deposit hold is required for this home. Please see house rules for additional details.

STAIRS: This home does have stairs to access the upstairs bedrooms and to access the downstairs movie theater, pool table, hot tub, and indoor pool. There are three stairs to access the front door from the road.

ROADS: Mountain road disclaimer: If you're unfamiliar with mountain roads, almost all mountain roads off the main city streets/parkway can at times be narrow, steep, and unlit. Once inside the neighborhood, the roads are paved, but the driveway to the home is steep. We always recommend taking your time on these roads and driving a vehicle you are comfortable with. There's no rush to get anywhere on mountain time!

WILDLIFE: The Smoky Mountains are home to a multitude of wildlife including bears, coyotes, racoons, possums, birds, snakes, etc. Please be aware of your surroundings and keep all food items/trash appropriately stored and disposed of. Clean the grill promptly after using to prevent wildlife from visiting!

SECURITY CAMERAS: There is one exterior camera for security purposes located at the front entrance of the home. Cameras may be recording audio/visual at any time. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $1000 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.
