To comply with legal regulations and building security policies, all guests must complete a verification process before check-in. This may include:
• Uploading a government-issued photo ID
• Confirming your contact information
• Providing a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID
• Completing a secure verification portal
• Undergoing a background check (if required by building management)
Important: Your personal information is used strictly for verification purposes and is never stored or shared for any other reason.
📄 Rental Agreement
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of your stay. By completing your reservation, you confirm that:
• You accept our rental terms and conditions
• You agree to submit a valid ID and matching credit card before check-in
• You acknowledge that a background check may be required by the property
• You understand that check-in instructions will only be provided after verification is complete
Note: While rare, repeated policy violations may result in local law enforcement involvement. In such cases, guests will be responsible for all related expenses.
Damage Waiver / Security Deposit
You will be asked to choose either a $30 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.
🐾 PET POLICY (for pet-friendly units)
Pets are allowed in select units depending on size, breed, and whether they are service animals. Advance notice is required to avoid cancellation of your reservation.
Pet Fee: $20/night per pet
Allowed pets: Dogs and cats only (maximum 2)
Breed Restrictions:
Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid
Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee.

• Our units are equipped with noise monitoring devices to detect decibel levels (they do not record audio or conversations). Tampering with these devices will result in a fee.
• Security cameras are installed in building common areas and hallways for your safety.
