We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and convenient for getting around. Overall, a lovely apartment and a great place to stay.

What stood out? The generosity and hospitality of a kind and thoughtful home owner. This place is his family's history. It isn't a hotel drop-in. You are welcome here. It is VERY comfortable, a place frozen in time, with warm, afternoon light pouring into the rooms. The apartment building is well maintained and managed and located in the supurbly brilliant area across the river from parliament. Highly recommended cafes surround the place. Thank you for letting us stay!!!

Having a blast in Budapest!

This property was nothing short of amazing! My partner and I had such an amazing time in Budapest and this place helped with making that experience so much more amazing! Viktor was super quick to respond whenever we had any questions and his place is in wonderful condition! The room got a little warm at times but in the mornings and at night opening a window would help cool it quick! This place is right near a train station which allowed for easy transport all throughout Budapest. We will for sure look for availability in this place when we return in the future!

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet appartement en 2022. Il nous convient car vaste, bien équipé et très proche métro. Mobilier un peu désuet mais sympa.

The location is truly amazing close to a good transport stop from where you can get anywhere in 30 min or less. Just blocks from the Danube and the best Parliament view across the river. The AC and the washing machine were both lifesavers in the middle of the hot summer.

Our host was very friendly and checking in was very easy thanks to good communication and planning.We appreciated the location; close to Metro, trams and busses as well as to a good supermarket. It was close to all important parts of the city yet in a calm area.The apartment was as described and everything worked very well.Highly recommended.

Best Location/Nice Apartment

The location of the apartment was perfect for us. For travelers with a little mobility issues, like us, note that there is an elevator, but you will be facing roughly a dozen steps to the upper tier where the apartment is located. This at first was daunting for us, but we overcame it and fell in love with the apartment and views. Rooms are spacious, especially the main bedroom. Kitchen does have everything you need but be mindful of the two-burner stove top - Tesla model - it truly heats up fast and works like a dream. Quick follow up on the location: within one city block you can walk to several grocery stores, at least 5 good cafes/restaurants, post office, street tram and metro rail, not to mention the bus depot. FYI: apartment is only about 1 mile away from the Thermal Baths (very nice!). Lovely walk along the Danube to Margaret Island was wonderful every morning. Viktor, property manager, was fantastic and very welcoming. Apartment was well stocked with linens, towels, pillowcases, etc. You cannot go wrong with this location and apartment. We look forward to returning.
