Beach Bunkhouse at Bolivar Beach & Bay #10 [V2]

This exceptional beach bunkhouse sleeps 7 and is perfect for families! The back bedroom has big bunks for 2–3 kids per bed, while Mom and Dad enjoy a private bedroom with their own TV. The sofa folds out to a bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pans, plus a Keurig coffee maker with free K-cups. Outside, relax on the deck with a refrigerator and ice maker. Located at Bolivar Beach & Bay RV Resort where you can walk to the beach or fish in our water channel filled with everything from red fish, crab and shrimp! Bolivar Beach & Bay is an all-inclusive resort with free use of beach chairs, beach canopy tents, beach bikes, and kayaks! And now we have Beach Buggies for rent at reduced rates for our guests!

The kids will love our playground pirate ship! Enjoy our amazing sunsets, incredible variety of birds and miles of beautiful beaches. Lots of activities locally or hop on the free ferry to Galveston and explore many attractions like the Galveston Boardwalk, Historic District, Moody Gardens and more!

Property :

Outside there is another refrigerator and sink and BBQ Firepit and picnic table with a large awning and bright LED awning lights to keep the party going after dark. This is the most private location in the park. It is at the very end, and it has the best view of the water channel and the bay. There is lots of parking for three or four cars.

Other Details to Note :

We also have a new Cabana Clubhouse that you can rent for a destination party of up to 50 to 60 guests! Cost is $500 for one day, but we will reduce the cost $100 for each RV your group rents, so if your group rents 5 campers, the cost for the Cabana Clubhouse is free!

Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved pets with the following guidelines:

Pet Fee: $60 per stay
A $100 penalty per pet will be charged for any pets not disclosed prior to check-in
For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets must be on a leash at all times while on the property

Please note: Awning access is no longer available due to guest safety concerns.

Minimum Age Requirement :
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at this property. We kindly ask that you provide a valid ID if requested to verify age.

Beach Access
A beautiful beach is just one street over—only a 5-minute walk from the property (we’ve timed it ourselves!). You can take a relaxing stroll or drive directly onto the beach for added convenience.
To make things even easier, we’ve included a map in the listing photos showing the exact walking and driving route. Whether you’re carrying beach gear or just heading out for a sunset walk, getting there is quick and simple.
