Early check-in and late check-out available upon request and subject to availability for a fee of $30 USD.
-Pets are allowed in the property! If you want to bring your pets, there will be a $60 fee for each pet and you will be responsible for any damage that the pet may cause.

-You can have 4 outside guests on common areas.

-It is 100% prohibited to have any kind of parties or events in the building.

-Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM on weekdays, and Midnight to 8AM on weekends (Friday & Saturday).

-Pool and shared areas close at 10PM on weekdays and Midnight on weekends (Friday & Saturday).

-Pets are not allowed in the inside gardens and pool area. ($100 Fine).

-Please do not use towels for makeup. ($15 fine for each stained towel)
