Escape to the Poconos in this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom saltbox-style home located in one of the region’s most desirable communities. With 1,800 square feet of living space on a peaceful half-acre lot, this home offers a comfortable and relaxing experience for families and groups.



The main floor includes two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with two full beds), a full bathroom, and an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. A propane fireplace adds a cozy touch, and the four-season sunroom offers beautiful natural light and year-round views of surrounding woods and deer.



Upstairs, guests will find a kids’ room with a bunk bed (two twins and a full bed), a primary bedroom with a king bed and vaulted ceilings, a second full bathroom, and a loft with access to a private deck.



The home features a game room with foosball, air hockey, and a projector for movie nights. In the garage, there's a shuffleboard table for added fun. Outdoor spaces include a deck, a backyard seating area, and hot tub for relaxing after a day of activities.



Guests have access to a wide range of amenities within the community, including a seasonal pool, lake, beach, tennis and basketball courts, bocce, and kayak rentals.

◆◆◆Staying in the Pocono Mountains◆◆◆

If this is your first time visiting the Poconos, we want to ensure you understand what staying in the mountains entails. This house is nestled in the mountains, surrounded by trees and nature. As a result, you may encounter wildlife, as this is their home and we are merely guests. Wildlife may include flying insects, spiders, ants, squirrels, flying squirrels, mice, foxes, raccoons, opossums, skunks, snakes, turtles, coyotes, and black bears. Smaller creatures and insects can occasionally find their way inside depending on the outside conditions. We have monthly exterminator visits to minimize this, but being in the mountains, anything is possible.



Additionally, please note that the mountain infrastructure differs from that of the city. Small wind or rain storms can occasionally cause power or internet outages in specific areas, including our home. Power outages may affect the water supply as we are on wells and the well pumps need power to work. Usually, these outages are restored within 8-10 hours, which is a quick turnaround given the weather conditions. For outages lasting less than 24 hours, no refund or compensation will be provided. For outages exceeding 24 hours, compensation will be issued on a case-by-case basis.



Lastly, please be aware that extreme heat or cold waves can put stress on the house's heating or cooling systems, and these systems may struggle to keep up during very high or very low temperatures.
