We were so pleased with this find. It was a great base camp for all our island adventures. For us, it provided the comfort of a condo for our family of 4 and the convenience of a hotel. The property has a front desk that is responsive if you need towels, or housekeeping (even though it isn't offered every day). The Trolley is available if you don't feel like dealing with parking in Whaler's village (but they do take a break around 7pm, which was right when my kids were melting down so do plan that out a bit). The grounds are lovely. I know I questioned the lack of reviews so that is why I am leaving my review. We loved it and felt a great value compared to some other places we looked at. We also loved being on the 2nd floor of the high rise building as opposed to the more outlying cottages. It was super convenient to just run down and grab coffee in the lobby each morning. It isn't maybe as private as some of the other floors because there is a wide porch that connects all the 2nd floor units, but for us it was perfect I was able to pace around with our baby while she fell asleep. You just have to expect people may walk by your windows, but that happened rarely.
