Great place to stay! Host was very responsive and accommodating, and we appreciated all the amenities included with the property! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The location was booked for staff attending training in the area. The home was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this location to anyone.

House was immaculate and so well prepared for our stay. Communication with Quin was outstanding, and the snacks provided were a great touch. Only thing I wish it had was a gas grill. Would definitely stay there again!

Great home to stay! I was working in the area, home is relaxing for two working men. Very well stocked, clean and comfortable. Quin is extreamly quick to respond to any of your questions, nice people. I'll keep this home on my short list to stay again. Thanks Quin.

Very nice, comfortable place to stay. Very clean. Nice kitchen, two car garage . House had everything we needed except a BBQ. Close to several restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Good size clean home for families. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, ample towels and toiletries. Fenced backyard is great for pets and children. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Also nice to come into a cool house on a hot day. Certainly recommend!

This was our second stay. Everything was great again. Nice backyard to relax and have coffee in the morning while our dog played on the grass. Location is great its close to the stores and the casino is a mile or two down the street. We will stay here again next year.

The home and property were great! Note that it is a duplex, although we never heard the neighbors. The location was quiet in a suburban neighborhood. Very clean, 2-car garage, kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed and snacks too.

The house was super clean, everything was well stocked. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, super easy to find. QUIN was quick to respond to any questions, and also shipped us something we had forgotten there.The backyard was awesome for our dog. The heating and air air-conditioning worked great, very comfortable.We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this was at the top of the list. Definitely recommend and will return. Thanks again.

The homeowner was easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and organized. The beds were comfortable and well-stocked. They even have coffee cups, soaps, and shampoos. We were very happy with our stay.

The pictures in the listing do not do this place justice. It is very cute and clean inside and the first thing we all commented on was how fresh the house smelled. I am really glad that we chose to stay here as opposed to a hotel. The kitchen was well furnished and we were able to make our meals here instead of going out to eat. There aren’t many restaurants in Susanville so the option of being to eat in worked much better for us. Quin has been a great communicator and we really appreciated the little touches like the snacks that were left for us when we arrived. We are hoping to book again next year!

Very nice house, clean and comfortable, located near everything in Susanville. Host was quick to respond to questions. The generous supply of snacks was an unexpected pleasure! Hope to stay here again next year around this time.
