The real magic happens at day`s end when you`re soaking in the private hot tub, watching the snow fall through those huge lodge windows. Whether you`re planning cocoa by the fire or aprĂšs-ski drinks with friends, this is your home base for the ultimate Big White experience.
This spacious 3-level duplex offers a cozy retreat with all the comforts of home and breathtaking views of the mountains.
Main Level:
Step into the inviting main level, which is conveniently located on the same floor as the single garage. Relax in the living room, featuring a smart TV and a magnificent gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. The massive window provides a fantastic view, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cupboard space, a large dining table, and counter stools, making it perfect for gatherings. Step outside to the balcony, where you can soak in the large hot tub while enjoying the stunning mountain scenery.
Upper Level:
On the upper level, you`ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king bed and an ensuite with a rejuvenating steam shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite with a relaxing bathtub and shower, providing a perfect retreat after a day of adventure.
Lower Level:
The lower level offers additional space for family and friends, featuring two more bedroomsâone with a queen bed and the other with two bunk beds (single over double), accommodating everyone comfortably. This level also includes a second living room with a TV and a cozy couch, creating a great hangout spot for the kids. A full bathroom is conveniently located downstairs, adding to the comfort and functionality of the space. The mudroom is equipped with a boot warmer and a designated area for your ski equipment, ensuring easy access for your skiing adventures. Plus, youâll find a huge laundry room downstairs for your convenience.

You`re in the heart of Big White with true ski-in/ski-out access and those views that make you forget about everything else. When you`re ready to explore, Big White Village is a short walk or ride away.Hit up Snowshoe Sam`s for aprĂšs-ski vibes, grab coffee at Bean Scene, or try slope-side dining at The Woods. Families love Happy Valley Adventure Park, tube town, and the outdoor ice rink. Market at Big White and Mountain High Sports have you covered for groceries and gear.
Getting Here:
About an hour from Kelowna International Airport. Airport shuttles work great if you`re not driving. Once you`re here, most places are walkable or accessible via the village shuttle. We`ve got parking for two vehicles with the garage included.
Additional Parking: Overnight parking is available by permit only at the Happy Valley Long-Term Parking Lot. Permits are required, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner`s expense.
Permit Costs:
Overnight Parking: $25 per night, per vehicle (no trailers allowed).
Weekly Parking: $125 per week, per vehicle (no trailers or RVs/campers allowed).
RV/Camper Parking: $50 per night, per RV/camper (maximum of 7 nights per season).
