Just one block from the beach

Nice neighborhood, property is ok for family of 4. The only problem - it's hard to find parking space on the streets, but there is paid parking lot nearby.

Accessible, Dog-Friendly 1st Floor Studio 1 block fr Venice Beach

This is a nice little place, comfortable, great location, and accessible for those who need first floor unit. One step between gate and building door. Bed is just a half-wall outside of living room. Small convenience kitchen, no stove or oven, just microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. Good fans for hot days. Bathroom shower needs to be replaced. Bathroom door doesn’t fully close. We’d stay again bc of first floor and access, but it is a bit worn.

Very close to the beach

Enjoyed the stay, the property was clean and very close to the beach. The vrbo app doesn’t notify you you have a text message in the app and when I finally realized i had instructions for check in i was arriving. Instructions were a lil long and i was working on the fly and didn’t realize I was not supposed to park in the garage. Luckily they noticed and informed me within minutes of my arrival so i could correct. Short quick bullet points is recommended for some of the instructions. Thank you for having us.

Location is pretty good. You do need to be careful where you park. There is no parking one morning a week for street cleaning. However, there is a large parking lot nearby where you can park over night as long as you pay again in the morning. But they do at this writing have free EV charging.

Lovely little spot right by the beach

Lovely little spot right by the beach- the property owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. They even went so far to give a list of favorite spots near the apartment. It had a clean and comfortable bed and great little layout of the room.

Great stay at Heaven Venice Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Heaven. Don is a great host - super responsive and helpful in case of questions. Ideal to explore Venice beach and for biking along the coast line. Efficient location to explore other parts of the city as driving mostly counter traffic in morning/evening. We could almost always park in front of the apartment. Thanks for a nice stay.

Easy Beach Access

The property was very well situated on the boardwalk and had plenty of parking (one of my worries). With a 2 minute walk we were at the beach or boardwalk. Waves, shopping, food, and shopping all within a five minute walk made this a very relaxing trip. I was thrown off at first that there was no AC in a SoCal property but it was nice and cool at night so no issue.

No AC, No problem

The location is a stones throw to the beach and lots of restaurants. The property is clean and secure and the host is very helpful. Parking isn't an issue once you realize the no parking signs are for RVs and very large vehicles. ALSO, the lack of AC isn't a problem. I'm from the mid-west and when we hear "No AC in July" we usually think what type of humid hellscape have we gone too, HOWEVER, the climate in Venice Beach is very mild and pleasant and this was never an issue for us. I would 100% stay here again if I travel back to the area.

Great place to stay for location, value, activities and family

This place was perfect for our family ( 9 and 7 year old). The recommendations were super helpful. There is a convenience/wine store located a block away and many great restaurants nearby. It was very quiet at night and the bed was super comfy. We stayed for 5 days, most of the time we were out by the beach or walking/biking along the boardwalk. If we needed to head back to our place, it was a short walk/bike ride to freshen up or change. We were lucky to have booked this place because it's only a minute walk to the beach. Parking was not bad, very easy to find parking up front by the gate in the early morning when we walked to get our coffee. We went to Disneyland for one day, but for the most part stayed in our location. Biking to the Pier/amusement park and trying out new restaurants was fun. My son played basketball with some kids his age, while I watched and relaxed. The kids brought their wetsuits, so they enjoyed jumping in the ocean. I would definitely come back again.

A lovely bedroom features a brand new CAL KING size bed along with a very comfortable new sofa bed in the living room, sleeping 4 (2 adults, 2 small children, no exceptions) comfortably. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is a full bathroom. Living room has a brand new LED 50' flat-screen HDTV, including HBO & Wifi.
