Modern 1bed Condo in Central Bangkok - 2x large balconies with table, chairs. coffee counter & hammock - 1x bedroom, 1x living room + kitchen, 1x ensuite bathroom, 2x balconies = Total 55sqm.The apartment is furnished: projector, laundry, utensils, fridge, microwave, toaster, espresso maker, milk foam. air fryer - The Location: Our building is inside a very quiet street with hardly any traffic. It is a 5min walk from the BTS sky-train station "Phra Khanong". This is a very peaceful, quiet and safe area, with hardly any traffic noise. The Fees: All fees included however electricity is based on fair usage policy. The Guest access: You are renting the entire apartment including large private balcony. There is a digital lock installed with easy worry free access. The gym and pool areas are communal and shared with others living in this building. Other things to note: The apartment and building are equipped with smoke detectors and fire alarms, also there 24 hours security staff & CCTV in all communal areas and lifts
