We find some of our guests prefer to use Uber or Lyft, which is a very convenient and cheap way to get around the city.

Please note:
- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- On-site parking is available for $69 per night, per spot. Multiple spots can be reserved based on availability. Spots are limited and fill up fast - we recommend securing yours as early as possible. Please message us with your dates to reserve.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
For your security and a smooth check-in process:
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

My friends and I stayed here for a birthday trip to the city. We had an amazing stay! The VRBO is in a great area, and we could walk to a lot of restaurants, as well as to public transportation. The apartment was very clean, and the hosts were communicative and quick to answer any questions. I definitely recommend staying here if you're coming to Chicago!

The apartment is nestled in the Lincoln Park/Old Town area, right next to shops, coffee shops, a brewery, and a trampoline park (for kids), about a 20-minute walk to Lake Michigan. The building is about 2-3 years old, and everything in the unit is brand-new, tidy, and well-organized. Highly recommend.

The property is located in a well kept, secure building, with some nice amenities. We liked that the location was walkable, with groceries and bar/restaurants close by. The unit itself was as advertised. It was clean with no issues to mention. Check in was smooth and easy. Our host communicated well leading up to and during our stay. Nice place for a stay in Chicago.

Very convenient place to stay, and Anthony was incredibly responsive. We needed a few items during our visit, and he provided them right away. There were plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone, and the area was nice and quiet. The living room is on the smaller side with limited comfortable seating, but that was fine for us because we did not plan to spend much time in the apartment. Whole Foods is about a block away/super easy to grab some basic essentials for when we did not plan on eating out.
