Modern, Greek inspired, Minimalist. This is a one bed room unit in the uptown area of the safest and most tourist friendly city in the Philippines called "BGC", the Philippine's little New York.
The general location is where most local modern Filipinos enjoy their city life with foreigners. The city is rather busy either with work or play. The condominium itself is surrounded with many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, Uptown Mall, Uptown Parade, Grand Hyatt, St. Luke's, and supermarkets, etc.

I chose this part of the neighborhood because this is the most prime area of BGC, which is called the Uptown BGC. The newest and most developed part of BGC.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
I can say it straight that my condo is one of the most luxurious / interiored condo unit available for rent in my area. The one's near Burgos Circle and Marketmarket! are old buildings while Uptown Parksuites is a new building, some of its condo units are just turned over last year.
