-Hot tub is cleaned every Monday.
-Security cameras are located on the front right and lower left corners of the home, facing the street and driveway. They are outward-facing only and activate with motion (video + audio).
-Cooling note: Bedroom 1 has a portable A/C unit, Bedroom 2 has a wall A/C unit, and the living room also has a cooling system. The home does not have central air conditioning.

-We’re dog-friendly! Max of 2 pups allowed.
-Pet fee: $50 per stay (plus taxes & fees).
-Pick up after your pet to avoid additional charges.

Security Cameras
The home has 2 exterior cameras: one at the front right corner and one at the lower left corner of the house. Both face the street and driveway. They record video and audio when triggered by motion. Rest assured — they’re outward-facing and do not monitor any indoor areas or private spaces.The home has a portable A/C unit in Bedroom 1 and a wall A/C unit in Bedroom 2. The rest of the home does not have air conditioning.
