Itâs perfect for sandy toes and beach cart strolls, with easy entry and a sparkling shared pool right outside. Spend your days building sandcastles, biking around town, and soaking up the sunshine, then unwind together in your comfy coastal retreat. It's everything you need for a fun-filled vacation your family will never forget!

2nd Floor Unit, 1 Parking Spot, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool (Open seasonally from April 1st-October 1st)- Professionally Maintained, Private Balcony, Non Smoking Unit, Trailers, Motorcycles & Golf Carts are Not Permitted at Complex, No Pets Allowed
SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS
(Two): 1 Queen, 1 Queen and 1 Twin, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room
BATHROOM LOCATIONS
(Two): 1 En Suite, 1 Hall Access
PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, youâll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
