Welcome to Black Gold Lofts—newly completed and thoughtfully restored as part of a larger vision to bring elevated, design-forward living to downtown Skiatook. This unit has just been finished and offers a fresh, private, and highly functional space in a location that is both central and convenient.

We didn’t need much from our host but instructions to get into the property were clear and easy! Very cute space and beds are extremely comfortable, and definitely clean & tidy when we arrived. There are few windows which I should have noted from photos and people can peak in when the blinds aren’t down, but the area was safe and it was an easy commute to Tulsa where our event was being held. I would recommend this spot to others looking to book, we enjoyed our stay

We were just in town for an overnight stay and it was the perfect place for my husband, my mother and I to stay. It had the perfect setup with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious sitting area, cozy kitchen we used to make morning coffee before hitting the road for another day's drive further south for the winter. We loved it and look forward to booking this property again in the future as we travel through.

We had a wonderful stay at the Black Gold Lofts! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect and made everything incredibly convenient. The hosts were also fantastic—very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. In the past, we’ve always stayed in Tulsa because there weren’t many nice accommodation options in Skiatook, but that has definitely changed with the addition of the Black Gold Lofts. This will absolutely be our go-to place to stay for all future visits!

great bed, but thought we were getting a king. The kitchen really doesn't match the room. Not much counter space but you could make a full meal, then eat on the floor or the bed. A table and a couple of chairs would be good. At lease another chair, one chair for each person, and maybe tv trays. need more towel racks and another trash can, and a small armoire for clothing would be good.We loved the building and the room, it was very clean. We also loved being on the main drag in town, we felt very secure on the property. We loved that you told us some history of the building. And if it was me, I wouldn't have a room 13, I would skip that number and name it 14. The number didn't bother us really, but could bother some, and that room had a desirable location in the building.Mostly we loved the great value of this property. thanks.
