The Outpost - Irwin Suite (3 BR)

The Irwin Suite is a spacious and stylish three-bedroom retreat that feels like a private mountain residence—with the added charm of a boutique lodge setting. Designed for families, couples, or small groups, this suite offers room to gather and space to breathe, just steps from Elk Avenue and Crested Butte’s trail network.

Each of the three king bedrooms includes its own en-suite bathroom with a steam shower, and one includes a built-in daybed, perfect for a child or a post-hike nap. The full kitchen is well-equipped for group meals, with a dining table that seats ten and a cozy bar for casual breakfasts or evening cocktails. A comfortable lounge area and dedicated desk make it easy to mix in downtime or remote work. The in-unit washer/dryer adds practicality to longer stays.

The Irwin Suite has its own private entrance and can also be booked with the adjoining Tincup Suite to create a four-bedroom layout for larger parties. Guests are invited to enjoy the Floresta Lounge, a shared guest space filled with books, games, and comfy seating, as well as complimentary cruiser bikes and gear storage. Whether you’re here for skiing, hiking, or a full-family reunion, Irwin offers comfort, flexibility, and a warm sense of home.
Welcome to The Outpost — we’re thrilled to host you in our brand-new mountain retreat in the heart of Crested Butte. PLEASE NOTE: A rental agreement will be emailed along with your reservation confirmation. You MUST complete the agreement 48 hours minimum prior to check-in. If we do not receive your completed rental agreement, your reservation will be subject to cancellation.

To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and to maintain the quality of our boutique property and neighborhood, please review the following:

1. No Pets
We love animals, but this property is strictly pet-free to maintain cleanliness and accommodate guests with allergies.

2. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or cannabis products is not permitted inside the property or on the property.

3. No Parties or Events
The Outpost is located in a residential area. Parties, events, or outside guests are not allowed unless prior written authorization is provided by property manager. Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful nature of this community.

4. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outside.

5. Maximum Sleeping Occupancy: 11 Guests
Only registered guests may stay overnight. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

6. Parking
Use designated parking spots only. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or park on the street overnight.

10. Check-Out by 10:00 AM
Our cleaners arrive promptly at 10:00 AM. Please leave the property tidy and follow the checkout instructions provided in your welcome guide.

11. Damage Deposit
Please note, you will be required to pay a fully refundable damage deposit a few days prior to your stay. Failure to pay the deposit may result in cancellation. Rest assured, we will provide you with plenty of time and notice to process payment.
