The backyard is fully shaded and features a covered patio with an outdoor TV and a fully fenced yard -- perfect for relaxing , watching a game, or enjoying time outside in privacy. There is also a barbecue pit and a cozy fire pit with two chairs, which offers a beautiful view of the stunning hundred-year-old oak tree in the backyard.
