Welcome to Arenis Condominiums, located in the center of Playa del Carmen city, and managed by Nasplaya. This penthouse features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 balconies, 1 private terrace, full kitchen, dining room, and living area.
The main bedroom has 1 king bed, closet, TV, private bathroom and air conditioning. The second bedroom has 2 double beds, private balcony, closet, bathroom and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar, extractor, refrigerator and kitchen elements.
The room has a smart TV, air conditioning, and access to a balcony with a view of the complex. The terrace area has its own hot tub, a spacious living room, and a half bathroom. Additionally, it has access to the building's rooftop from the terrace.
The building has comfortable spaces to make your stay more pleasant, such as a gym, meeting room, and a rooftop with a pool, tables, and chairs to enjoy the city view.
Located in one of the best areas of Playa del Carmen, just one block from Walmart and a few minutes from beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, and public transportation.

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
