Seamless Check-In
A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid photo ID, and notify us in advance if someone other than the guest who booked will be checking in. The concierge will verify the reservation name.

Once inside, you’ll receive a digital door code for your unit, and a key fob will be provided for convenient access to the building throughout your stay.

The space
This entire condo is set high in historic Peachtree Towers and is designed for comfort and ease whether you’re in town for work or exploring the city. The layout sleeps up to four guests across one bedroom and additional sleeping space in the living area, with one full bathroom.

The bedroom features a king bed with blackout curtains to support a restful night. In the living area, a twin daybed with a trundle accommodates two more guests. Thoughtful touches like built-in outlets, comfortable seating, and Smart TVs make it easy to settle in after a day out in the city. WiFi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or quick check-ins between plans.

Kitchen and dining
The condo includes a full kitchen and dining area, giving you flexibility to prepare meals or enjoy a quiet breakfast indoors when the weather is brisk. A coffee maker and kettle make mornings simple, and the dining table provides space to gather, work, or plan the day ahead.

Outdoor space

Building and access
The building has an elevator and a private entrance to the condo. Self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival. Paid parking is available both on premises and nearby off premises, offering options depending on availability. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras are present only in common areas such as entrances and elevators.

Heating, Laundry & Parking
The building’s heating and air system is centrally managed and operates in one mode at a time (heating or cooling), switched seasonally.

Laundry is available in the basement with coin/card-operated machines ($1.75 per load).

Pets are not permitted per HOA rules.

Parking is not included. Paid garages are nearby—31 Baker St is recommended for secure parking, while the surface lot at 17 Baker St is not recommended.
