No Hidden Community Guest Fees!

Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community with great amenities, making it one of the safest and most popular vacation spots in Pocono Lake.

To enjoy your stay, a temporary membership fee applies to all guests ages 6 and older. There’s also a vehicle fee for gate access (via QR code) and a rental registration fee.

Good news: These fees are already INCLUDED in your booking! You’ll see them listed as “Club Fees” and “Additional Guest Fees” in your VRBO cost breakdown.

We know fees can get a little confusing, but here's our easiest explanation-

The "Club Fee" covers the primary renter’s membership, one vehicle registration, and the rental registration fee.

The "Additional Guest Fees" cover temporary memberships for any extra guests, charged nightly.

If you bring more than one vehicle, there’s a $20 fee for each additional vehicle.

There are no extra amenity fees beyond what you see in your booking.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
Arrowhead Lake requires all guests and vehicles to be registered by owners with the Welcome Center at least 3 days prior to arrival. After booking, an electronic form will be emailed, which must be filled out promptly, in order for us to register you.

Failure to provide complete guest and vehicle information on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Once registered, no guest/vehicle changes, nor substitutions can be made. ****

TRASH PROCEDURES
All trash must be brought to the trash center. The trash center is a short, 5-minute drive from the house and located behind the welcome center. You will need your QR code to exit/enter the gate. We do not have a trash pickup. Please never leave food or trash outside. We do have the occasional bear!

OUTDOORS

Firewood is not provided.

Although the lake is just one block away, actual beach access is less than a mile from the house. You can even see the lake from our driveway!

KITCHEN
Forget Me Knot Chalet has a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill for all your cooking needs. Our coffee machine offers both single serve and up to 12 cup carafe drip coffee, compatible with pods and ground coffee. We have everything you could possibly need from a food scale to a meat thermometer!

3 BEDROOMS/1 BATHROOM
There are 2 private bedrooms, and a Loft Space with 2 Full-sized beds for sleeping. Please take note, there is not a bathtub in the bathroom. There is a full stand-up shower with waterfall rain shower head, and blue tooth speaker. We recommend singing in the shower. Always.

Loft / Movie Theater
Enjoy our cozy loft featuring a movie projector screen, NBA Jam arcade game, pinball machine, and a selection of board games—perfect for teens and adults alike.

FITNESS ROOM/COMMUNITY GAME ROOM
Don’t want to miss a workout on vacation? No Problem. The Arrowhead Lake Fitness Center offers several treadmills, dumbbells up to 50lbs, a smith machine, and much more. There is also a shared community game center with pool table, ping pong, and air hockey.

OTHER
Due to short-term regulations in our area, we must have a minimum night requirement of 2 nights. In addition, we cannot accommodate last minute bookings, as our guests must be called into the community welcome center 3 days in advance.

CLEANING FEE
There will be a cleaning fee of $145 automatically added at the time of booking.

PETS
We are (under 50 Lbs.) dog friendly, but kindly ask you to let us know if you will be bringing a pet along. We can provide more information at that time. The nearby beaches do not allow pets in the summer. We do offer one small dog crate with your stay. Our front porch is also pet-friendly, as it can be completely enclosed with a secure gate.

There will be a pet fee of $150 automatically added at the time of booking. This fee covers up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Although our home is thoroughly cleaned before each stay, we cannot guarantee it will be 100% allergen free. If you have specific pet allergies, please keep this in mind when booking. The cabin does have an air purifier.

Please be mindful, our cabin is in the woods. Expect to see bugs, occasional outdoor cobwebs & animals. Please do your best to keep the front and back door closed when not in use.

Please note, our neighbors are quite close to us. This is a neighborhood community.
