Very clean and comfortable with a magnificent view. Pool was nice with adjoining game room and workout room. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay over labor Day

We loved our short stay. We needed somewhere to go for one night and it was so hot so a pool was a must. It was a gorgeous view a clean pool and we enjoyed the condo. There was plenty of space for our family.

Quiet and Relaxing

I stayed here with a couple girlfriends for a relaxing girls weekend. The property was peaceful and had an amazing view of the river. Watching the beautiful sunsets from the patio was great! The property is located just a few minute drive away from downtown Marble Falls. The kitchen was stocked with just enough for us to easily cook there. The inside was clean and comfortable. Overall great experience!

Great Location

No doubt this a great location and a comfortable stay overall. The condo lacked some basic amenities typically found in a VRBO property however. The Lobby staff may have been having a rough day when we checked in(?) as they were less than welcoming or friendly. Also renters beware if you are bringing a boat, no matter the size, you cannot park onsite. Be sure to plan ahead and reserve with LBJ Yacht and Boat Club. Loved the River and the Lakes! Central location to do so many things! Check out, Flat Creek Estates Winery, River City Grill, Backbone Creek trail from Lakeside Park to Westside Park.

The place was lovely, but...

We rented a condo that slept 8 and had 2 bathrooms. The condo was clean and nicely furnished, but no one had a warm shower. If a second shower started at the same time, both showers were immediately cold. This was not acceptable at all in a facility as nice as this one was. Also, the push to buy a timeshare was a little over the top as well.

Staff very difficult

Had to wait 45 min for check-in due to miscommunication between owner and staff. Staff seemed to not care at all and I would guess that they have some sort of problem with the owner because they kept rolling their eyes indicating that this was a common occurrence. The outside pool was in the sun with no shade so we skipped that. Condo was clean. Upstairs people were loud with their feet stomping on the ceiling constantly. I don’t think we will come back to this place. The only thing positive I can say is that the price was reasonable for a two bedroom.

Was overall a good experience, just one problem

We loved the property and the people working were very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately what's stuck in my head is the night we were preparing to pack to leave we found dried little dog poop under a chair and one of the leather ottomans had obviously been urinated on by a small dog. This was shocking that we hadn't noticed earlier. With COVID going on and many restrictions, we assumed our unit would be completely cleaned prior to our visit. Actually when we booked the unit it was clear that pets weren't allowed, however there were many units with dogs. We enjoyed our stay and loved Marble Falls but I'm not sure I would stay here again. This makes me sad to report but it really was disconcerting on our final night after a 7 night stay.

Great stay

We were satisfied with the stay, if you have infants do not recommend 2nd floor property as their running around can become annnoying for downstair guest. Would suggest to the staff having ample supplies in the property going back n forth to lobby was a bit annoying to get toilet paper and trash bags. Other than that, clean prperty, spacious and very beautiful area.

A breath of fresh air..

The check-in and check -out process is very easy and quick. The condo itself is clean and organized. On point details from the online description. Pool is small but clean and organized. Personnel are friendly. I highly recommend that specific condo. Location was as requested. Might come back in the future.
