Experience the charm of Heritage Living in the Hills of Kumaon. Built in the 1970's and renovated recently. This three Bedroom property is located near the well known Neem Karoli Baba Ashram ( Kainchi Dham) and just two km from the Bhowali Market. Nestled away from the busy streets of Nainital in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood between Naini Lake and Bhimtal Lake (9 km). It is close to all popular tourist spots, making it easy to plan your visit.
The space
The property has been renovated and redone tastefully and luxuriously while keeping its originality intact! Featuring a beautiful private garden on three sides of the Villa and a Badminton court. Lots of outdoor space for you to relax and enjoy your vacation within premises, making it airy and open with lots of trees and flowers around.
The Villa has three well furnished spacious rooms with three bathrooms, a lobby cum dining area and a well equipped kitchen. The rooms have huge windows with a garden view and get a lot of natural light.
Step out and you have an outdoor swing, garden umbrellas, games, hammocks, a fireplace and a barbecue area with outdoor furniture.
Parking is on street and there is a minute walk from parking to property.
The property promises peace and privacy and is easily approachable ! It is strategically located in a quiet town near all popular places and tourist spots in Nainital.
Our Caretaker (s) are always available to serve you great pahadi food, making sure you have a great stay.
