Inside:
● The chalet is set up to host up to 5 guests.
● NO PETS ALLOWED
● NO SMOKING
● The chalet operates on an artesian well. The water has been recently professionally tested and is safe to drink, but a water dispenser is also included.

Rooms and Amenities:
● Cozy master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed withextra bedding.
● The Secondary bedroom offers a unique bunk bed setup with a double mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. A television is also included to access your favorite shows.

Living Spaces:
● The living room offers ample seating for all guests and features a video projector
(intelligent tv software integrated, so you can use your own streaming platforms) ,
creating the perfect setting for cozy movie nights.
● A variety of board games, including Sequence, Monopoly Deal, Perudo, and Set, are
available for entertaining game nights.
● During the colder seasons, you will be able to enjoy a wood-burning stove.
● The kitchen comes fully equipped with a GE Café induction stove, air fryer, and raclette
oven, along with a variety of coffee-making options, including an automatic Philips 2200 with coffee grains, a French press, and an Italian stovetop coffee maker. (Coffee not included)
● The chalet is equipped with a convenient bathroom with a bathtub.
● A washer/dryer is also available to guests in the basement.
● Desk and computer monitor are available for those needing to work remotely.

Extras:
● Linens and towels provided (bring your own for off-property activities).
● High-speed Wi-Fi. The cellular coverage is inconsistent on the island.

Outdoors:
● Canoe for 2 people
● 2 paddle boards
● 2 adults and 2 kids life vests
● Firepit Area: The firepit comes with an on-site supply of wood (near the firepit) meant
exclusively for your use during your stay. If you require more wood, additional logs are
available for purchase in the nearest town
● Propane-heated plancha on the terrace (propane included)
● Weber charcoal BBQ including the necessary tools (charcoal is not included)
● Free parking for a maximum of four cars
● You are welcome to bring your own canoe, kayak or Stand-up paddle, but to protect the
lake from invasive aquatic vegetation, please ensure your equipment is thoroughly
washed before use.
● In winter; 3 pairs of snowshoes will be made available

To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are enforced nightly from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
