    The space was clean and nicely updated with lots of windows for natural light and fresh air. The kitchen was well supplied. For two people, there is plenty of space, and the washer/dryer is a plus. Plenty of street parking and generally a quiet neighborhood. The space is over a garage, so if you are a light sleeper, the raising of the garage door in the early morning and the activity may disrupt you.

    This was a very cute & clean property. Very spacious for 2 people. It is located in a very cute quiet neighborhood away from the night life but close enough to everything we wanted to do.Parking is on the street but we always found a spot right outside our place.The host was great. I had a couple questions and he got back to us right away.We would definitely recommend this property.

    The check-in instructions need improvement they should include clearer info about Wi-Fi and trash (Wi-Fi wasn’t available until the next morning).The price is affordable, and the king bed is very comfortable with plenty of pillows and a great comforter. The bathroom is spacious for two.The curtains don’t block much light, so it gets bright around 6 a.m., though they provide enough privacy.It seems like the unit is built above the family’s garage, so there’s some noise around 7:30 a.m. from daily activity with kids and baby. It’s understandable for us.The neighborhood is good, with a Target about 4 minutes away.Checkout requires several tasks like removing sheets, which can feel like a lot if you’re short on time but they were flexible with check-out time
