- The house can hold up to 3 cars in the driveways. There is additional offsite parking 2 blocks away if additional parking is required in a safe, non-gated neighborhood. No overnight street parking past 10 pm. No horizontal parking or blocking at the end of the driveway. Check signs for street sweeping in the off-site lot.

Cleaning: A deep clean is performed after every stay, with extra attention to disinfecting high-touch surfaces. HVAC filters are regularly changed, and the pool is serviced twice to three times weekly, depending on the season.

House Rules:
1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is permitted during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed. A credit card will need to be placed on file upon arrival for any fines or damages.
