Dear Jill It was nice having you but I have to clarify a few things, you wanted an early check in, you received a 5 hours early check in (for free), you wanted a late check out you received a 6 hours late check out (for free), you wanted a bottle of Cava, we went on our time and at cost to get you a bottle of cava before your arrival. You reported a "stained pillow" on the second day of your stay, we came right away with replacement linen even though we checked the apartment before your arrival and I checked you in personally the day before and we did not see any stained pillow. We want all our guests to have a great experience but there are some behaviours we cannot control, you had a beautiful apartment with panoramic views for half the price of a hotel room, and you complain about the value? Considering that the person leaving the day before you was the owner (a very clean person to say the least) and that I checked you in personally we have our doubts on the "origin" of the stains on the pillow, especially when it comes on the second day, you must have had a dreadful first night on the "stained" pillow. Then the next day the "stained" pillow is immediately "negociated" for compensation. Even if I would like to give you the benefit of the doubt, the pillow and linens were replace within minutes of your complaints and does not warrant the free days YOU were asking for. We went out of our way to accommodate ALL your needs, and there were plenty, and this is what we get in return? We want to give all our guests the best experience but cannot control all behaviours of our guests. You review and comments are not fair, and unfortunately say more about you than they say about this beautiful apartment. The only reason I did not charge you for the stained pillow from the deposit is because we are nice people. Best regards
