Heated Pool: Available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with optional heating for a flat $100 per stay (set to 85°F).

Pet-Friendly: We welcome furry friends! A $50/night fee per pet applies (up to 4 pets max). Proof of vaccinations required.

Security & Safety: The home features Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras for your peace of mind.

Community Rules: Located in a gated neighborhood, all guests must complete a Guest Registration and Lease Form as required by the HOA. Please note: a maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed per stay, and vehicle changes are not permitted after check-in.

No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside or anywhere on the property. A minimum $250 fine will be applied for violations to cover cleaning and deodorizing costs.

Due to the proximity to The Cranberry Preserve Bog, occasional encounters with bugs are inevitable and cannot be grounds for complaint or refund on Airbnb.
