I'm a French native woman and American as well. I teach French language since 1998, I love to travel, to meet people and therefore to welcome my guests.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
The apartment is located I believe in the best area of Old Nice. Although located in the heart of all entertainments, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, food boutiques, transportation, etc... it is quiet and very safe. I used to live happily there myself for 12 years and love my cosy apartment.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
The apartment is very cosy, sunny, quiet, very well maintained, very clean, with a nice atmosphere. The living room is large with 2 windows, and smaller windows also in the bedroom area and bathroom. Therefore well ventilated. The area in Old Nice is unique and quiet, in front of the Garden Promenade du Paillon in a pedestrian area. There are 3 accesses possible to reach the apartment. Located at 5 minutes scenic walk to the sea, with just exiting the building all entertainments, shops and boutiques, transportation.
It is possible also to walk everywhere.
