This is a spectacular penthouse of 250 mÂČ with terraces that completely surround the apartment, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views. From the bedrooms you can admire the sunrise, while the living room offers a spectacular view of the sunset covering the entire Peninsula.
The space
The accommodation has three spacious en-suite bedrooms or two serviced bedrooms, all of which have fitted wardrobes. The master suite has a king size bed, private bathroom and direct access to the terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, from where you can look out over Playa Brava. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together to form a queen size, also with an en-suite bathroom, access to the terrace and views of Playa Brava.
The apartment has a large living room with a wood-burning stove and a social bathroom. In addition, the kitchen is independent, fully equipped and has an excellent barbecue area on the terrace.

The building offers 24-hour security through a porter and CCTV cameras. It also has an ongoing maintenance service and a fitness center, as well as a game room for residents to enjoy. There are three underground parking spaces available for guests.

Electricity is included in the stay with a daily consumption limit, calculated according to the number of bedrooms in the property:
- 3 bedrooms: 25 kWh ~ USD 5 / day
Overage: In case of exceeding the included consumption, an additional USD 30 will be charged for each 100 kWh in excess, which may be fractioned proportionally according to the actual consumption (e.g. 50 additional kWh = USD 15). The payment will be handled by request through Airbnb.

⹠Set the air conditioning between 22 °C and 24 °C.

Uruguay, most homes â including this accommodation â use electric water heaters to heat water. Unlike other countries such as Brazil (where electric showers are used) or Argentina (with gas boilers), hot water here is not unlimited.
The water heater works like a water heater: it stores a certain amount of water that it keeps warm by means of a heating element. Depending on the size of the equipment, the hot water available can be enough for:
âą 1 long shower,
âą 2 short showers in a row,
âą or 3 short showers if they are done with a break between one and the other.
Once the hot water is depleted, the water heater needs approximately 30 to 60 minutes to fully reheat it.
â Recommendations: If several people shower, the ideal is to leave an interval between baths so that the water heater has time to recover its temperature. In large groups, it's important to come up with some logistics to avoid the need to shower one after the other.
