Wonderful Stay in PTown !

For our 2nd visit in Provincetown, we rent this place because we knew where in the town we wanted to stay. Alan's place was located at the best location possible, really clean, and much more cosy than any hotel room I rented this year. Despite the small footprint (as usual for most Provincetown appartments), the appartment had everything we could ever need for a stay (especially in the kitchen !) Small details around the appartment made the difference between a good and a really great stay (dimmers everywhere, charging station etc.) I will definitely strongly consider going back to the same place soon, thank you Alan ! :-)

The condo was perfect as always. Alan is a welcoming host, and everything we could think of was there for our convenience. The views if the beach and harbor were spectacular day and night. Being early risers, the location was perfect for us to get out and walk throughout the downtown area before most others were out and about. A joyful weekend for us.

Overall this property gets an A. My wife and I were looking for a relaxing, low key getaway on the beach. Alan’s Seas the Day place met all of our requirements and then some. The place was clean, Alan was responsive to our inquiries, the place is just as it is presented on VRBO. We had a great view, deck with chairs for lounging/reading, outdoor grill, beach towels, umbrella and chairs. Once you park your car, you can walk to everything. Alan’s thoughtful details included a cooler, nightlight, light foil/saran wrap, container for leftover food. This place was central to everything as well as quiet. Just the way we like it. Weather was great for our week in August.

Amazing location and property. Beach is steps away and only about 5-10 minute walk into town. Room was larger than we were expecting and was the perfect space for our week vacation. Highly recommend!

Great location for walking Ptown

Super clean, fairly recently updated. Perfect for walking right out to restaurants and other shops. The only drawback is that the unit is very small, which doesn't exactly show in the pictures. The view of the beach from the community deck is great, but the windows and door open on parking area/courtyard.

Amazing condo with splendid view

The place was so spotless clean with every amenity you could need. Bed and pillows super comfy, nice beautiful shower, nice kitchen, 1 minute walk to beach or restaurants and shopping! Would stay here again and highly recommend. Owner takes pride in place and it shows!

Nice efficiency apartment at perfect location

This is a perfect efficiency apartment located at the perfect location within walking distance of all the great places to see on Commercial Street in P-town. And it is right on the water and has a great deck to chill when the weather is nice. Convenient free parking too!

Doesn't get any better than this!

Second time staying at this little gem in Provincetown. As always, Alan thought of everything to help us Seas the Day as soon as we walked in. The condo was perfectly located in the center of PTown, we started each day before sunrise with coffee on the deck overlooking the harbor, discovered hidden corners of this wonderful town before anyone else was up and about and planned our day from there. After perfect days, ended with wine watching the sunset over the water from our deck, and cozied up in our temporary home, totally contented. Life doesn't get much better. Thank you Alan!

Perfect Location, Easy Check-In

I recently stayed at this fantastic property in Provincetown, and it exceeded all my expectations! The breathtaking views and luxurious amenities created an unforgettable experience. The condo was incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying gorgeous sunsets over the harbor. The location is AMAZING, with easy access to local attractions and shops. We are just leaving the condo we had the pleasure of staying in for a few days and will definitely be back next year. We were very excited when we opened the door and saw the unit it was very homey and about a minute walk to the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable, anything we needed was available from beach chairs & umbrella, towels, blankets, all kitchen spices etc teas coffees bathroom supplies and so much more. There are two decks that are available with tables, chairs & grills. The condo comes with a parking space and once we arrived we never moved the car until we left. You can walk to so many restaurants, shops, entertainment & more. The best part is the owner Alan he is extremely accommodating and there to help if needed. We will definitely be back next year hopefully for a month. Enjoy!! Thanks Alan for everything.
