The host was very responsive to all needs and questions. Only one of two locks were operational, the WiFi did not work, and the hallway leading up to the apartment needs basic cleaning. Overall the stay was nice and welcoming.

The location was good, bed was comfortable. However, the place was very dirty. Dusty on most surfaces, the floors and baseboards had lots of hair and actual dirt. Felt more run down than the photos with the bathroom celling exposed drywall, hot pipe next to bathroom sink and broken lock on the door. If the stair way for the building would be cleaned regularly that would also give place a major face-lift.We did feel like it was an authentic nyc appartment as far as space. Just needs some TLC for guests.

Clean. For the most part. Used bar of soap left in shower with hairs on it. Used hair products with open lids. Dead bolt for door lock was missing on inside so the security lock did nothing. All there was for security was the handle lock. Bed was very cheap and uncomfortable. Very hot pipe in the bathroom that was impossible to avoid with no warning on it that it can burn you and that exact thing happened to me twice. There was only a half roll of toilet paper and two clean towels for us two to use for our three day stay. Management was dismissing my concerns. and a bit rude. They offered 100.00 refund. We only stayed one night due to it being very misleading in the listing and not feeling comfortable in the place. We paid for two nights we did not even stay there with zero efforts to make things right. I’d avoid this place. It’s not what it’s presented as in the listing

Very convenient location. Apartment well appointed. Bed mattress very soft- all good if you like that- though I prefer a firm mattress. Apartment is NOT 450 sq feet. It’s 300 sq ft. I measured it. Feels VERY tiny (not “cozy”). The building entry is not very clean but ok. Closets and chest of drawers filled with apartment stuff - so not much place to put your things if you have luggage, etc. Good for 1 person. Quite tight for 2. You basically walk right into the “kitchen” (the deadbolt - which isnt operable) is on the left of the pic which is the entry door and opens right into the 5x7 kitchen space (which didn’t have a working light ) and the bathroom had a long hot water pipe running through it just past the entryway. Mildewy shower curtain that I asked them to replace as the stench was unbearable. Workable but not enjoyable as my son almost burnt his arm on it (yes it can get that hot). Overpriced for what it is.
