City Tax
As required by local regulations, a €2.80 per person per night city tax applies. This amount is collected in cash at check-in.

Quiet Hours & Behavior
Please respect quiet hours during your stay; loud noise, parties, or disturbances are not allowed. Adhering to the rules helps ensure a comfortable experience for everyone and respects our neighbors.

Smoking Policy

Water & Electricity Use

Privacy
The property is completely private with no shared areas.

Hot Water Notice
The hot water in the shower may take a few minutes to arrive. We recommend using the rain shower.


Important Notice: In our area, municipal waste collection is a paid service. For stays of 7 nights or longer, an additional waste collection fee may apply at the end of the stay depending on the amount of waste generated. If the waste amount is minimal, this fee will not be charged.

In addition, waste separation is mandatory in our area. Guests are required to separate waste into the following 5 categories:

1. Rest (Non-recyclable household waste)
2. Food scraps / Organic waste
3. Plastic
4. Paper
5. Glass

Separate waste bags for each category are provided. Please make sure to follow this rule during your stay.
