Master bedroom with:
a double bed, TV, and access to the terrace with views of the pool;
the bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
Second bedroom:
two single beds, both rooms feature built-in wardrobes and plenty of natural light;
the bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
Third bedroom:
located in a spectacular solarium with access to the second rooftop terrace and stunning mountain views.

Guest access
The urbanization features spacious and well-maintained communal areas designed to provide comfort and enjoyment for all residents. Among its main features, there are tropical gardens surrounding the complex, offering a peaceful and natural atmosphere. There are several outdoor relaxation areas, perfect for unwinding or enjoying a drink in a cozy setting.
The communal pool is large, ideal for swimming or simply sunbathing on the available loungers. Additionally, there is a children's play area for the little ones, ensuring that the whole family can enjoy the space. For added convenience, the urbanization offers private parking and pedestrian access areas that are seamlessly integrated into the landscape.
All of this is in an excellent location, close to services, restaurants, and with easy access to main transport routes, making this urbanization the perfect place to rent and enjoy a pleasant stay
