  Free car parking is available in the community or on the street. Registration is required for gated parking - you must notify your host and provide all information 48 hours before your stay.
  Early check-in and late check-outs are available for an additional fee and is dependent on availability.
  No smoking inside the apartment or in any indoor common areas. A $1,000 fee will be assessed.
  Quiet hours are from 9pm - 7am. Strictly enforced. Please be mindful of your fellow residents.
  No partying, no events, and no extra guests. Any community violation fee that is enforced by management will be passed on to the guest.
