The main floor features a full kitchen, a combined living and dining area with a large smart TV, a full bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom that includes a bunk bed, a pull-out sofa, pack-and-play and a closet. Upstairs, the loft includes a dedicated workstation with a monitor, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a convenient half bath. The home has AC and high-speed internet. Outside, guests can relax in the backyard with private lake access, a firepit, and a gazebo. Driveway parking is available.

Guests have full private access to the entire home, backyard, and lakefront. Self check-in is available via smart lock, and free driveway parking is included.

Guests have direct access to the private lake from the backyard. There are no fences or barriers. Guests should use caution around the water—especially with children. There is no lifeguard on duty, and swimming is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times near the lake

We have outdoor security cameras located at the front and back of the home. There are no cameras inside the house, and we respect your privacy at all times.
