Over the years, wild peacocks and a variety of local birds have discovered that our property is a safe haven—to the point where some seem almost tame. You may spot peacocks, hummingbirds, parrots, snowy egrets, great blue herons, woodpeckers, blue jays, ravens, crows, and at dusk, the occasional hawk or falcon circling overhead. At night, listen for the soft calls of owls from the treetops.

We are conveniently close to several popular event venues and attractions, making the caboose an ideal home base for weddings, concerts, and special celebrations.
