Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).
* POOL & HOT TUB SAFETY: Guests acknowledge that children and/or handicapped individuals should never be left unattended in or near the pool or hot tub area. Swimming and/or playing in or around water involves inherent risk, and by choosing to use these facilities, guests expressly assume all responsibility and liability for their own safety, as well as for the safety of any children or individuals under their supervision.
Ranallo Real Estate nor its property managers bear any responsibility or liability for ANY problems, issues, injuries, or casualties sustained on the premises. Furthermore, by agreeing to move forward with your booking reservation and accepting our House Rules & Checkout Procedures, this document serves as your agreed-upon, signed waiver.
HOUSE RULES & CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
* QUIET HOURS: The City of Tempe enforces a strict policy of quiet hours starting as early at 10 PM. Any violation received by Tempe PD, the booking guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred.
* Strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them inside of the washing machine prior to vacating the premises.
* Empty fridge of all personal items and take out trash prior to your departure. Please be sure to replace trash can with new liner.
* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the home (Back patio only). Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced.
* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
* Please be sure to shut and lock the front door behind you after your group`s departure.
* Be mindful of other people`s property.
* * * Please keep in mind that this property is guarded by NEST Security Cam. There is a security camera located in the garage facing the garage door for security purposes only - in the event any personal items go missing. There is also a NEST doorbell at the front entrance.
