Great Host Cleanliness excellent. Hot tub very clean and working well. Kitchen and all furnishings were well stocked. Great stay like new home.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a nice location near shopping, theme parks, and the Smoky Mountains. Everything was clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. We even saw bears from our balcony! We would definitely stay here again.

EXCEPTIONAL! Perfect location, close to everything yet tucked up in the mountain away from the hustle and bustle. Host was very polite and responsive. Home was very clean and all linens smelled freshly laundered. Had such a wonderful stay!

The home was perfect my our annual bestie trip! The hot tub was fantastic, the fireplace was warm, and the beds were comfortable! We each had our own bathroom, which was nice. The property was close to many places we visited. We would come back again!

Our experience at After 9 to 5 was very good. Smooth check-in. Everything was clean when we came in. It was a little difficult knowing which cabin was ours, but then again it was dark when we arrived. The hot tub jets were a little difficult turning on, but we didn’t really know much about using a hot tub. The hot tub was great after being out all day wandering around Dollywood, which was as close as advertised. Couple things you might want to think about, but didn’t affect our stay or thoughts about the cabin are: tissues would be nice in the bathrooms, and putting our ‘stuff’ out was a little hard because of the small nightstands. We totally enjoyed our stay.

This house was heaven in so many ways! Fabulous layout for our family of four while we visited Dollywood - only 5 mins away! Our daughters loved staying upstairs and using the spiral staircase. The home was beautifully and thoughtfully appointed - we had everything we needed and then some! Loved the hot tub and back porch view, easy parking for the unit. Desiree was a wonderful host and incredibly responsive for any questions we had! We can’t wait to come back again:)

This home is cozy and beautiful! It was perfect for our family’s Christmas getaway. Kitchen is well stocked, great coffee selection, hot tub is wonderful, the balcony has great seating and great views, showers were excellent and the beds were cozy. The location is great for all the fun in Pigeon Forge. We would highly recommend and would love to go back!

Adding a dresser/storage cube system in each bedroom to hold clothes would be appreciated. When cabin is not occupied in front of rental, no issues with people seeing into our rental. However there were no shades on the large horizontal transom window that was above the two large kitchen sink windows facing the backside of the rental directly in front (unlike the shades in the bedroom). This allows occupants in other cabin to peer right into main living area due to being a multi level rental and our rental sits lower than their rental. My teenage daughter found this out when she was trying to lounge on the couch in the morning and got the sensation someone was looking at her only to find that indeed she was correct. Occupants from the other cabin was staring right into the main living area of our cabin for awhile, this keeps the cabin from feeling private and is creepy (fish bowl effect). I would suggest adding a motorized shade on that one window to allow occupants easy access to open/close off viewing access to others. Otherwise cabin was very clean, easy access and well appointed.

Interior and Exterior design is spot on for the Village you are creating. The finishes selected are perfect. In real estate it’s all about Location, Location and Location. You all nailed it with this! It’s prime to everything and at the same time you’re tucked away from all the noise and traffic that comes with Pigeon Forge. As a Host the communication has been wonderful. No hidden surprises! We had a great time and Plan on returning. I will also spread the word to my employees, I wouldn’t normally do this but the experience needs to be know!! Thanks AgainThe “Buffat’s”
