No endless staircases or tricky descents to the waterfront - just a gentle stroll across the wide grassy lawn to your private dock. Just 10 minutes to Marion, 45 minutes to Asheville, and less than 2 hours to Charlotte or to Winston-Salem.

**Just an FYI, our home is on a cove of the lake. It is in a no-wake zone and the water is shallow. If you bring your boat, you may have to trim up your motor and paddle out of the cove. Reach out if you have any other questions!

**Please note that bedroom 5 is a small room with a bunk bed connected to Bedroom 4. It’s separated by a sliding door which offers privacy but you do need to walk through Bedroom 4 to get to the bathroom and the rest of the home.
