Deja and Jose were great hosts! The apartment was clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The property was easy to access and the pool was delightful. Would definitely book again!

Deja's apartment is pristine and has all the amenities that anyone needs. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is equipped with plush towels and upscale products in the shower. It's in an excellent location on a nice quiet side street with easy parking.Download Chirp before checking in to use to gain access to the building and apartment. It took me awhile to figure out the app but Deja was very patient and helpful. Once I used it once it was a breeze. I also loved having the balcony to sit on to get fresh air and enjoy the weather. I would highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay again the next time I'm in Houston.

We booked our stay at the last minute for a quick trip from Dallas to Houston to attend UFC Fight Night at the Toyota Center. After searching for hotels in downtown Houston, we were shocked to find prices were nearly double compared to VRBO options. I came across this particular apartment, which stood out not only for its affordability but also for its prime location—less than a mile from the Toyota Center, nestled within a series of buildings in a vibrant area. Being someone who likes to plan ahead, I reached out to the host to confirm our stay and to request an early check-in.The host was truly exceptional! They went above and beyond to allow us to check in an hour early, which gave us ample time to prepare for the event. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and the layout was ideal. We were within walking distance of trendy restaurants, clubs, and food trucks, and felt completely safe walking back at midnight after the event.I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was outstanding, and I felt compelled to share it. Despite our last-minute booking, the host made every effort to accommodate our needs, ensuring a fantastic stay.

The apartment was beautiful. I did have a few issues with the host and her response time. It was easy to get to the apartment and using with the chirp app. When we walked into the building the only apartment that had trash was ours. It was never picked up and the whole time we could see and smell the trash. The dishwasher had dishes left in it and when I looked the pod was still in the dishwasher. The dishwasher didn’t wash the dishes. When I asked the host she was very rude about me bring up these issues. As well as the host took a long time to respond to any of my messages. When I figured out where the check list, which can be found in a binder. All it asked for was to turn all the lights off and ac set to 73. When the host finally got back to me she added one more thing to the check list that wasn’t in the binder. Overall I liked the unit, great location. I would stay in this area but probably not with his host.
