The Cabin has 2 bedrooms with a King and a Queen size bed plus an additional King size Sofa Sleeper and 2 Twin size super plush comfortable Cots, 2.5-bathroom cabin with sleeping capacity for 8 guests. A private hot tub with above the sauna entertainment with huge flatscreen to enjoy your favorite show or concert while enjoying the hot tub for a rejuvenating experience. Location secluded but not isolated. Many windows and great natural lighting. Huge porch and numerous outdoor games and mini putt putt course. Great family venue and super responsive hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed hosting this guest and their family at The LuckyOne Cabin. They were respectful of the property, followed all house rules, and left the cabin in exceptional condition. Communication was excellent throughout their stay, and they demonstrated great care and consideration for our home. We especially appreciated their honesty in promptly informing us of a minor accidental dish breakage during their stay. Their transparency and integrity were truly appreciated and speak volumes about the type of guests they are. We would gladly welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.

Thoughtful Amenities: The cabin is well-equipped with a Keurig, coffee bar, and towel warmers, according to Beavers Bend Quality Cabins and many our previous guests who continue to come back to visit and make our cabin theirs during their stay and we enjoy hosting them.

Enjoy sitting around the firepit roasting marshmallows and listening to nature as the breeze whispers through the tall pine trees. The cabin is situated on a large 1.309 acre +/- lot and located at the end of a Cul-de-sac which gives lots of privacy. Property also has nice concrete circle drive for ample parking and makes easy turn around for trailers. The cabin is considered an ADA-Modified Cabin from the full circle concrete driveway with dedicated parking area for EV Charging station to concrete walkways to gain access to the cabin through wide doors with ramps for easy maneuvering with wheelchairs. The back of the cabin has been also paved in concrete to allow full wheelchair access to and from the fire pit for roasting marshmallow and or enjoy the scenery all inclusive.
